Onboarding at M&S COSMETICS GROUP

This week marks the start of an exciting new chapter for our new trainees and dual students in Siegelsbach: a total of 20 motivated young professionals are now part of our team – we are delighted to welcome you!

The first few days were all about getting to know each other and getting started together. Our onboarding program offered numerous opportunities to discover more about the company and the people behind it. This included a welcome round and mutual introductions, as well as an overview of the MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS GROUP and our values. Interactive workshops on the topic of health and joint team games ensured a relaxed atmosphere and strengthened team spirit.

There was also plenty of practical training: the new recruits were introduced to Office365 and were able to experience our own cosmetics production firsthand during a factory tour in Hüffenhardt. A joint lunch provided additional opportunities for personal exchanges and conversations. The open dialogue with Edith Dresler, who answered questions from the new colleagues, was particularly valuable.

Of course, there was plenty of room for questions, discussions, and mutual exchange throughout the onboarding program. We wish our trainees and dual students a great start, many enriching experiences, and lots of fun during their training.
