This is no small feat, as the award is granted independently and cannot be influenced by an application or targeted measures; rather, it is based on a wide variety of sources such as employee evaluations, studies, certifications, and public statistics, which are consolidated into a comprehensive meta-analysis.

This year, for the first time, nine special categories were introduced, in which individual companies received additional recognition.
